Opening Times & Entry

Friday & Saturday: 8 PM – 2 AM

Last Entry for Regulars: 10:30 PM

Tickets: Pre-booked only – No walk-ins allowed.

Alcohol Service

Friday: Served until 2 AM

Saturday: Served until 12 AM

Dress Code – First Impressions Matter!

Before 10:30 PM: Dress to impress. No casual attire.

After 10:30 PM:

• If wanting to use the play rooms, dress down.

• Lockers available; robes & towels can be hired.

Dress Down Guidelines

Ladies: Lingerie, playsuits, wraps, PVC, towels.

Gents: Tasteful boxers, towels, sliders, or flip-flops.

Prohibited Attire

• Sports trainers & workout shoes.

• Tracksuits or sportswear.

• Workwear & Ugg boots.

• Note: Smart dress trainers are acceptable; however, scruffy or unsuitable footwear may result in refused entry.

What to Bring

ID: Required for entry & membership setup.

• Driving license (sufficient alone) or Passport.

• If no passport, two recent utility bills (within 3 months).

Couples: Both must provide valid ID.

Towels & Robes:

• Bring your own or hire.

• £3 for a towel | £5 for a robe.

Bar & Drinks

• Fully Licensed Bar – A wide selection of drinks available.

Bar Tabs:

• £10 cash deposit required; balance payable by card (No Amex).

• No Outside Drinks Allowed.

• If we don’t stock something, let us know, and we’ll try to add it.

• Drink Responsibly – We may refuse service to intoxicated guests.

Mobile Phones & Privacy

Phone Use: Restricted to social areas & lockers – No phones in play areas!

Photography: Strictly forbidden.

• Anyone caught taking photos must delete them immediately in the presence of management and will be removed.

Safety & Hygiene

Safe Sex:

• Free condoms (king-size & latex-free) & lube available at the bar, reception, and playrooms.

• Use protection!

Cleanliness: Let staff know if any play areas need attention.

Smoking & Vaping

• Vaping allowed inside.

• Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.

Lost & Found

• Left something behind? Contact us within 3 days to check.

• Unclaimed items discarded after 7 days; collection only – we do not post lost items.

Rules & Etiquette

Zero Tolerance:

• Abuse (verbal or physical) will result in immediate removal & police involvement.

Consent: Mandatory – Always ask before engaging.

Respect Privacy:

• No knocking or entering closed doors unless you are a member of staff.

Private Playrooms:

• 40-minute allocation provided for rooms with beds.

• The sofa room has no time policy; anyone is welcome to enter.

Single Male Policy: Groups of single males are not permitted.

Illegal Drugs: Immediate removal & revoked membership.

Booking Policy

• Tickets are non-transferable & non-refundable.

• Repeated no-shows may result in suspended booking privileges.
